Grove was a great experience from beginning to end. The receptionists served us drinks, and the lobby environment was a very relaxing way to prepare for your massage.
The massage itself goes SO fast, because you'll probably be almost asleep by the end of it. Our massage therapists were wonderful and did a great job. We'll be back at grove as often as we can!

My wife and I visited Grove Spa for a couples massage and it was a fantastic experience. This was my first professional massage, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Audrey was outstanding.
She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The one-hour massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed, loose, and better than I have in a long time. The atmosphere at Grove Spa was welcoming and peaceful, which made the experience even better. The wine didn't hurt! :)
My wife has had quite a few professional massages over the years, so she has plenty to compare them to, and she absolutely loved her massage therapist as well. We both left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you, Audrey, and the entire Grove Spa team for making our couples massage so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the management at Grove Spa. My wife and I booked a couples massage a month and a half to two months in advance, and they called 45 minutes before our appointment to cancel due to a “family emergency” with one of their staff. This is not only highly inconvenient but deeply disrespectful, especially when we were literally walking out the door.
This is the second time this has happened to us. My wife experienced the exact same last-minute cancellation a couple of months ago. The pattern is clear: poor planning and dismissive customer service. While their therapists may be skilled, the management appears completely incapable of basic scheduling reliability or common courtesy.
As someone with severe service-related PTSD, I had been mentally preparing for weeks to even allow this appointment. The last-minute cancellation hit hard and felt incredibly inconsiderate of our time and well-being.
If Grove Spa cannot value their customers’ schedules and trust after booking so far ahead, then they clearly don’t want our business. We will be taking it elsewhere, and I strongly encourage others to do the same. There are plenty of professional spas in the area that can actually show up when they say they will.

I really hate leaving negative reviews, especially because the massage therapist herself was very kind and the massage itself was decent. However, the overall experience left me extremely disappointed given the 'upscale' reputation and pricing.
During my 90-minute deep tissue massage, nearly the entire session consisted of the therapist venting about deeply personal issues involving her mental health and family problems. While I initially sympathized, it became very uncomfortable and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. At one point, she repeatedly referenced (no exaggeration, at least five times) how she had “destroyed her family during a manic episode,” which is simply not an appropriate conversation to have with a client during a spa service. And continued to ask me if I knew what dealing with something like that involved.
I go to a spa to relax and decompress, and instead I left feeling emotionally drained and uncomfortable. There is a time and place for personal conversations, but clients should not be put in the position of acting as emotional support during a professional service.
I genuinely do not enjoy leaving negative feedback, but professionalism matters and especially at their price point. I ended up booking another massage elsewhere because I still needed actual relaxation afterward, and I’ll be continuing to go there moving forward.
With so many spa options available now, I would encourage others to choose a place that maintains clear professional boundaries and prioritizes the client experience.
