Lady finished checked me in and cleaned up and in mean time another gentleman walked in, stated he had checked in online as well half an hour ago. Then another couple walk in with daughter say yes we just checked in 9 minutes ago, lady then states of you three who wants to go first. I looked at the other gentleman, and said well guess my business doesn't matter here and I dont have time for this. I was next in line then the other gentleman. We both checked in long before these people and were sitting already waiting. You'll never get my business again and I see you don't give veterans a discount either. Went to Sports Clips, got right in, was treated decent and got a veteran discount and my hair cut like i like not what Great clips gives you. They now have my business and I'll never go back to Great Clips! Insulting!

I told her that I wanted to keep the length it was and just have a trim to make it look like it wasn’t cut at home. She asked if I wanted layers I said I guess. Then cut off 4+ inches from the front. What part of just a trim to make it look like it wasn’t cut at home wasn’t clear. I came in with it straight and asked if I wore it curly often. No I like to pull it back for work. I can’t pull my hair back in a pony tail now. I could barely contain my tears after seeing what she did to my hair. I will never be coming back.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
