  I had to leave a review because Mal truly went above and beyond! She did an amazing job helping my sister get her face ready for prom, and the results were absolutely beautiful. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she was also so patient, kind, and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel confident and special. My sister walked out feeling like a star, and that meant everything to us. Thank you so much, Mal, for making her prom experience even more memorable! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience!

  On April 18, 2026, my daughter and I visited the Sephora location at the Galleria during the savings event to purchase perfume. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. My daughter was trying to make an exchange, and the first associate we spoke with was dismissive and came across as rude. She insisted the item we wanted to exchange was the same as what we had, despite there being a price difference, and then walked away without resolving the issue. We then asked another associate for help, but that interaction was also frustrating. We clearly mentioned which Kayali perfume we were looking for, but she did not seem to be listening and responded with an attitude, asking us again which one we wanted. I understand the store was busy due to the sale, and the staff may have been overwhelmed. However, the lack of attentiveness and unprofessional attitude from both associates made us feel unwelcome. As a result, I chose not to complete my purchase and left the store. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service plays a big role in where I choose to shop. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

  The rating is for the visit on February 15th. The sales associate in the cash register was simply not professional and rude. I wanted to show my Sephora barcode and was just shoved down the pinpad to put my cell phone. No asking of how's your day, did you find everything ok; nothing. Just. Rude.
