  DO NOT GO HERE! The guy doing my nails first off did a terrible job. Didn’t even cut my cuticles and I have points on my natural nails, barely filed them. But what was really concerning is that he was making racist comments about black customers. It was extremely uncomfortable and I just wanted to get out of there. I will NEVER go back there regardless of a fix or not. This rhetoric is appalling and doesn’t belong in our community. So disappointed and day ruining to hear someone speak that way.

  Trung’s service is 10/10 and he’s very kind. Takes his time and has great customer service. very thorough and goes above and beyond! Thanks for the great pedicure!

  I’ve been to HER before and had a great time. They are usually professional, kind & talented. This time I had a different technician that was male & immediately as soon as I sat down was annoyed at my presence… he smelled of cigarettes & obviously couldn’t wait to get back to his smoke break. I NEVER leave negative reviews but I came to the salon with my mom and she witnessed how he spoke to me and how the entire time he rolled his eyes at me when I told him I wanted a break from gel. Never once was I rude to him but the entire time was uncomfortable and when I came home, I had to refile my nails and put a top coat on because he didn’t even have the time to do that. I won’t be coming back unfortunately due to this experience.

  I love them! I have been going for quite a while but struggled to find the best nail tech for me until a couple weeks ago- and I was assigned to Anna! Everyone has always done a good job but she was next level amazing. I play tackle football so I have to keep my nails short but always like a little razzle dazzle. I usually get inspo from pinterest but love for a tech to be creative and make sormrthjng their own- Anna did just that! She brought out a palette.. mixed and matched colors, picked the perfect chrome top coat.. just amazing esp because in my day to day- decision fatigue is real and I love that she stepped in and made my nails look even better than I wanted! My pedis are always amazing here as well. Def recommend!
