  Came here for a simple gel polish change. Even though they accept walk-ins and I was serviced immediately, once I told them I want a polish change (and not a full pedicure) their attitudes seemed to change for the worse, like they were upset I wasn't spending more money. Anyway, once my service started, despite my attempts to have friendly conversation with my tech, he was very cold and unfriendly. And despite the very nice bar in the center of the place, I wasn't offered a drink at all. Guess that's just for decoration. I won't be back.

  Last two times in, I wasnt listen to at all. I wanted a full new set the tech just did a fill to which the drill hurt no sorry just kept going. Didn't ask any questions just did what he wanted. I tried to stop the service but even the fill looked bad so its not like I couldve walked out. Time before that my design looked awful wasnt what i asked for, again zero conversation and when I tried to be vocal I was ignored by both male techs both times. I really wanted to like this place I actually recommend it but not anymore 2 times now and no one seems to care either when you complain nothing is done to try and fix anything. 120 the first time and 50 this time.

  Zero stars !! Been going to Her Nails for 4 years now, but I had the worst customer experience today. Came in Saturday morning and the nails were terribly done and by the next day , Sunday morning they were lifting and cracked. Went back to get them re done and Jay working the front desk tried to recharge me to get them fixed. Won’t be going back after being dismissed.

  I’m not going to lie, I was apprehensive at first. I don’t know much about nails and don’t get them done a lot, so I don’t understand the language so to speak. I just wanted a nail strengthening treatment and was open to suggestion on what that entailed. It was difficult for me to communicate that. However Amy is an absolute miracle worker. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and explained my options without making me feel dumb. She upsold me on a pedi as well, which was VERY much overdue and needed. I’m extremely self conscious about my feet as well as very sensitive and ticklish. She provided kind and gentle service that made me feel incredible. All that and an eyebrow wax had me feeling like a little whole new person. A very no frills appointment for me, but it’s clear they can also do some very beautiful work for those who want something more “extra” I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE. I think I’ve finally found the spot I can’t wait to come back to. Don’t forget to mention the first time customer discount for 10% off

  Awful customer service. Had to come back 3 times in a week because the gel came off my nails. Spent $210.00 on a pedicure and manicure. The same day the gel started bubbling and peeled off 3 nails. The person who did my pedicure and manicure barely trimmed my cuticles. Went back Saturday to have them “fixed”. By Sunday the gel on my toes started to peel off as well as the nails they “fixed” Saturday. I called Monday and was told I could come back to have everything done again because they will not refund my money. I went a third time in a week and when I went to check out, the front desk person charged me another $80.00. I had to pay for their mistakes. They did not care about the inconvenience of driving there 3 times. She continued to argue with me about why I should pay even though she told me I could return for these services and my account would have a credit on it. So now I have paid $310.00! The worst service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. Not sure how they have a 4.8 rating. I would not recommend this salon. This has been the most frustrating and terrible service I have ever dealt with.
