  I agree with so many people on here. This is by far the worst Sephora ever. Very rarely, I asked for a sample. In fact, only one time in this store. However, the sales person asked me to talk to someone else. That person was busy so she sighed and said she would help me. Then she decided someone else was there before me and wanted to wait on them, getting sales numbers up, rather than assisting me. Actually, I was there first I just wasn't waiting by the register because I had to go to find help. While I was looking for someone to help, the other woman walked up to the register. Thing is, I was ready to spend hundreds of dollars on hair products. I just wanted to try one of them. I hope her small sale with the other lady was worth it. Comes to customers, I'm very disappointment the other lady didn't bother telling her I was there first as she knew I was. Unfortunate, all the way around. Later, here I come!

  Great store!!!! Lovely staff who are always knowledgeable and ready to help. During my most recent visit, Lauren was so sweet and made me feel so welcomed! I've also been helped by Gracelynn in the past and she was very helpful!

  One of the workers, I think her name was wisdom, was really very helpful. Will definitely go again

  Probably the worse location for Sephora. Customer service is poor, the staff are young, in-trained and very immature. I will never go back to Sephora!
