This was my first time seeing Nicole l. She was amazing, quick, and very kind. She knew exactly what I was trying to explain I wanted and made me feel really comfortable and confident and that she could deliver that, and she sure did!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I think it’s important to warn others. I came to get my brows done by Adeline and left with them absolutely botched. I tried communicating with Adeline kindly that I wasn’t happy with how they were turning out but she was being extremely passive aggressive and rude… would not listen to my concerns. She even said some things under her breath after I expressed my concerns but I couldn’t hear well since i’m aging and my hearing isn’t as good as it used to be.

This was my first time going to Ginger Bay for a haircut and I have nothing but good things to say! Ava at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming. She made the booking process so easy and was a kind and friendly face to meet at the door. You can tell she genuinely wants every client to have an enjoyable visit at Ginger Bay! Kennedy did my haircut and she was so kind, personable, and easy to chat with! She was also very attentive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I walked in with no idea how to explain exactly what I wanted, but she was so patient and helpful in figuring it out with me. She did an amazing job with my hair - it turned out exactly how I wanted it! The service in total was only $45 (excluding gratuity) which included a haircut, scalp + neck + shoulder massage, hair wash + a warm towel, and a blowout. I have had haircuts cost that much at other salons without all the extras - so you definitely get your money's worth here!! I will definitely be going back for my next haircut!
