When we arrived, the woman at the front desk (late 50s, blonde) told us there was an issue with our appointment, but she didn’t explain what happened, apologize, or offer to reschedule. I completely understand that scheduling mistakes happen. I’ve worked in customer service for years. What was disappointing was the lack of communication and effort to make the situation right. This was my first experience with Ginger Bay, and I was excited to try them. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning.
