  I had booked an appointment with someone I had seen via social media, and prior to my appointment- the hair dresser said she could do my hair /style that I wanted. I get there, mind you after driving 2 1/2 hours- The hair dresser says my hair is too dark, and the style I wanted, we couldn’t achieve (this is after sending pictures of my hair). I try to look over different styles we could do for my time booked for that day, but I was being rushed out of the seat, and my apron taken off. Not to mention, I didn’t get anything actually done on my hair but was charged a $15 consultation fee that I wasn’t previously told about prior to my appointment. I genuinely just wanted to cry after walking out. I was already upset I couldn’t get my hair done, and driving the 2 1/12 hours and wasted my gas then telling me I owe $15 for a “consultation fee” was the cherry on top.

  Great atmosphere! Was greeted, and offered water. Renee is a personable hairdresser, she always offers a scalp massage, and a warm pillow, before the cut. My hairstyle length is what I requested, and the finished cut fit my style. Will be going back!

  The girl that did my hair was really sweet, but I did walk away unsatisfied. I had told her I wanted highlights going around the frame of my face so that the gray would blend in with it. But really had none of the highlights where I specifically asked. I asked for a blow out, She blew dried my hair, I’m a curly hair girl, and did not take flat iron into it. It was so frizzy, and I had hair dye all over my face. I had to go purchase a flat iron to finish my hair and worked really hard, using rubbing alcohol to get the hair dye off my face because I had an event that night. I wanted to walk out of the salon, feeling confident and beautiful, and I felt that absolute opposite!

  Gina is the best esthetician I have ever been to! I’ve been twice, once for a facial and once for various waxings and I could not be more satisfied and eager to go back! I referred her to my daughter and she agreed there is no-one better!!! Thank you Ginger Bay for your beautiful ambiance and for employing the best in the business!!!

  Renee is amazing. Patient, excellent communicator, caring and genuinely loves working with clients. Wonderful stylist. Loved my cut and color today. . She was able to take a photo of a previous styling that I had and achieve the results that I wanted. Extremely satisfied.
