  This spa is incredible. I have trouble relaxing and muscles tend to extremely tight. Julia and Janee’ didn’t just provide a standard massage, they provided relief to my muscles. They found the challenges in my body and greatly improved my muscles. They truly care about you and your body. Each action comes from knowledge and the heart. Thank you for making our experience such a great one.

  I want to start this review by saying that my massage therapist, Heath, was absolutely amazing. He was personable, professional, courteous, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. I had a wonderful massage experience and have absolutely no complaints about him. On his own, Heath deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was much more concerning. I had a facial scheduled immediately after my massage. During the facial, there was another client receiving services in the same room as me. After applying what she described as a cleanser, wiping it off, applying an enzyme treatment, and turning on the steamer, the esthetician left me to work on the other client in the room. While I understand spas may have shared treatment spaces, I was surprised that she moved back and forth between clients during active treatments. What concerned me most was the lack of sanitation I observed while she was doing so. She did not wash or sanitize her hands before moving between clients, and she placed the sponge that had been used on my face directly into the sink. The cleanliness of the sink itself was concerning. While working on the other client—who was still in the same room with me—she performed eyebrow grooming using a pair of small purple scissors. She then returned to my treatment area, again without washing or sanitizing her hands, and used those same scissors to cut my collagen face mask. Watching tools and hands move between clients without any visible sanitation measures was extremely unsettling. When it came time to remove my mask, she asked if she could trim my eyebrows. I agreed and explained that I normally style them by laying them down with wax. I assumed she understood what I meant and had experience performing eyebrow trims. Instead of trimming them, she cut them extremely short and removed the arch from my right eyebrow. The result looks terrible and is very upsetting. The overall experience left me questioning both the sanitation practices and level of training being provided. Another concern was that the sheets on the facial beds were never changed between clients. I watched multiple people being moved in and out of the treatment beds without any bedding changes taking place. I will say that the spa itself is beautiful. The décor and ambiance were lovely, and I truly enjoyed my massage. I would happily return for another massage with Heath. However, due to the sanitation concerns and the poor facial experience, I will not be returning for additional services. I was so worried about the possibility of contamination or infection that I went home and immediately scrubbed my face. I sincerely hope management reviews these concerns, as proper sanitation, professionalism, and client safety should be top priorities. Heath provided an excellent experience, but unfortunately the facial portion of my visit fell far below the standard I expected.

  I recently visited for a massage and facial with massage as part of a group outing with several coworkers. My massage with Felicity was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, intuitive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the service. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and like she had worked all of the built-up stress right out of my body. It was truly one of the best massages I've experienced, and I would gladly book with her again. Unfortunately, my facial with massage was much less enjoyable. I felt rushed through the service, and cleanliness between clients appeared questionable, which made me uncomfortable. Since skincare services are very personal, cleanliness and attention to detail are especially important to me. I also felt that our group was not fully prepared for upon arrival. While I appreciated the staff's effort to ensure we were always accompanied by an employee, I was escorted into the facial room alongside two coworkers while they were actively receiving services. Had I known that would be the arrangement, I would have politely chosen to wait elsewhere. I did not necessarily mind being near my coworkers, but I felt it was unprofessional and detracted from the private, relaxing atmosphere I expect during spa services. Additionally, when we arrived, we were informed that our group would be the only party in the facility. However, after being taken to the back, we were asked to keep our voices down because another client was still finishing a massage. This created some confusion regarding expectations. On a positive note, the refreshments and snacks provided for our group were excellent. The facility itself was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, very clean, and well maintained. Parking was easy and convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the building was inviting and relaxing. While my massage experience exceeded expectations, the facial experience left room for improvement. I hope this feedback is helpful, as the spa has many wonderful qualities and I would consider returning specifically for another massage with Felicity.

  This was my first massage, Heath was very understanding and explained the process fully. He made sure to adjust pressure as I reacted. Mazik did great for my girlfriend. My girlfriend literally said, “I would trust that girl with my life”. Overall, an amazing experience. Left feeling stress free and rejuvenated. 10/10 will be back.
