This was my second visit with Kate. I couldn't ask for more better service. She's really sweet and listens to you. Her cutting technique is spot on. You could call her a perfectionist. Love how my waist length hair looks and feels when I leave. Thanks so much Kate!!

I had a balayage done by Kate for my birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I originally came in with an inspiration photo, but Kate recommended a different approach that she felt would complement my hair and features better. I’m so glad I trusted her. It’s been a little over a week since my appointment, and my hair still looks beautiful and feels incredibly healthy. I was a little worried it might become dry over time, but it has stayed soft, shiny, and easy to manage. Kate did an amazing job

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this hair salon. The hair wash was not done properly. The stylist barely massaged or cleaned my scalp, and my head was still itchy afterwards, which has never happened to me before.
As for the blow-dry, it was a complete disaster. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. I asked for a straight blowout because that’s what my regular hairdresser always does perfectly. I decided to try somewhere new, and unfortunately, this was the result. I honestly can’t believe she let me leave the salon looking like that.She kept pulling my hair without properly smoothing it, then used a flat iron afterwards, but the work was still very poorly done. You can judge for yourselves from the photos.What disappointed me the most is that the salon owner didn’t step in and offer to fix my hair. A simple “Come back, let me correct it” would have shown professionalism and customer care.I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want to embarrass the stylist in front of her manager, but I left extremely disappointed. Sadly, I will never come back. This experience was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this salon.

If I could give a zero I would! I brought my very excited granddaughter to get a perm with stylist Cate and it was a bad experience from the get go! Cate seemed pissed off from the get go. She asked for inspo and was rude about what the curls would look like in comparison. Of course we know it won’t be exact that’s why it’s inspo. She then asked if she had highlights or color I said well she had the tips colored not highlighted with a blue/green color but it had almost all washed out and faded there was barely a slight tint of color hardly noticeable. She then stated she couldn’t do her hair with color in it. I said that would have been a good question to ask when I booked this appointment then said she could perm it with a chemical waiver stating that if there was a reaction to the color she would have to cut off where the color was. So I agreed as it wasn’t much more than her trim she was getting. She then said ok you can go sit down very rudely. She then cut her hair and proceeded to take her back to wash it. She said I could leave and she would call me or stay if I wanted. I ran down the street to get a battery replaced in my car when my granddaughter called me saying she needed picked up bc she was told she had lice and they couldn’t continue. When I got to the salon Cate was standing at her station and did not even come over to greet me or give any explanation. Which didn’t surprise me bc she didn’t say 2 words to my granddaughter the entire time she was doing her hair. I had the front desk woman Ella who was absolutely wonderful speak to me about what happened. I hope they treat her amazing because she was so loving and kind to my granddaughter and her friend. I was told a bug crawled on Cates glove after she brought her back to her chair after shampooing her hair, which is also odd when getting a perm. Lice crawl towards the scalp not off onto a glove. She then proceeded to parade the said bug around the salon in front of other customers and staff asking if it was lice. When coming back to my granddaughter she said you are infested with lice and I can’t continue your service and walked away. So very rude, unprofessional, and disgusting behavior. I took my granddaughter and had several other people look at her hair in a treatment salon and she did NOT HAVE LICE!! I called today and spoke to Alyssa after leaving a message for her to call me yesterday. She told me it was lice that she was there and saw it. Funny how you didn’t come out to address me or my granddaughter either but today you want to come up with a solution. The solution is hire a stylist who don’t treat people like scum, that actually love their job and interact with your clients especially when charging $290 for a perm. Don’t lie about a bug and then try to parade it around the salon and completely embarrass your client and then kick them out of your chair. Don’t accept that behavior from your staff and then say well if we found one bug we aren’t allowed to look for more it goes against our license. That’s a load of rubbish. Cate just didn’t want to do the service from the get go and she should have just told us from the get go and I would have gladly taken her somewhere else. She didn’t have to fabricate a story that you’re obviously going to collaborate with to brush off a client. I will not be back and have spread the word so others won’t be back there as well. I found a beautiful stylist who will be doing her hair who is sweet and kind and looking forward to working with us.
