  Couldn’t recommend them more. Scheduling was extremely smooth and fast, and once I got there Kaitlin was so helpful with my piercing. I’ve been having trouble with a new piercing I got 3 months ago, and she was quick to know the problem and helped me address it with better jewelery + steps on taking care of it. Thank you!

  We could not have had a better experience! I brought my daughter Clarke in to get her ears pierced on her 7th birthday, and it ended up being one of the sweetest, most special parts of her whole day🥹💕 Noel, the nurse who pierced her ears, was AMAZING. She was so warm, patient, gentle, and reassuring and made Clarke feel completely comfortable and so grown-up and special. Alex was incredible too—so kind, fun, and genuinely excited for her. They both made such a big milestone feel like a little celebration rather than just an appointment. As a mom, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for something she’ll always remember. Clarke walked out absolutely BEAMING, and I’m so grateful to Noel and Alex for making her birthday that much more magical. Truly 10/10. 💗✨

  10/10. No notes. KARLA!!!!! She is a miracle worker, she quickly picked out jewelry that worked so well for my conch and helix. She changed my jewelry out quickly with very little pain. My mom got pierced (conch) and it gave her a whole new look! Simple but elegant. I’ve been to tattoo parlors, claire and icing; highly recommend to come here instead. I could’ve saved myself from getting repierced about 3 times if I started here! I beg everyone to go!!

  I went to Rowan about a week ago to get my ears pierced. I was nervous to get my second set of piercings. I was worried about the placement. Kaitlin was really patient with me and they look perfect! I am so happy with the placement and the look. It was the best experience and my ears feel a lot better than the first time I got them pierced. Definetly recommend, I was impressed how careful the workers were with infection control.

  Highly recommend. I took my seven year-old here to get her ears pierced for the first time. The whole experience was great. I booked online the night before, parking was easy (there’s a lot/garage right around the corner), The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The nurses who do the ear piercing are wonderful. They know exactly how to handle a nervous kid. We did the device piercing because it is faster, and they can do both ears simultaneously. The price point is higher than at the mall stores, but overall the experience is much more hygienic and made me as a mom feel much safer. Definitely worth the price. I took my older daughter to the mall, would definitely recommend to go here over the mall if anybody is on the fence.
