  I've been going for IVs and shots for 6 months and can't recommend this location enough. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable with all the possible treatment options. Environment is relaxing and calm especially with the massage chairs. I've felt healthier with more energy since starting here, can't recommend enough

  10/10 experience!! Kelli and Chelsie were fantastic!! I felt very educated about everything they have to offer. They both took great care of me and all of the other customers. The environment was so clean and relaxing! I felt great after my infusion and will definitely go back!

  The nurses and staff are so nice. Everyone's very accommodating. I've been coming here for roughly 7 months and never had a negative experience. Highly recommended for when you need a little help recovering or even just an energy boost.

  I was always curious about IV hydration and the Burlington Prime location was recommended to me so I gave it a shot and so happy I did. To be honest I am not someone that likes IV’s and in the past I do not do well with them. The nurses were so great! They sat down and recommended what drips and injections would work best for my life style. They spent a lot of time just talking to me and getting to know me, I had no idea this was going to be my experience! I am now hooked on this place! The nurse got the IV so fast and it didn’t even hurt. Also, the oxygen and massage chairs are an added bonus! The chairs are great! Go check them out you will not be disappointed!

  My husband became severely hydrated during the heat wave in Kansas City and I called them a few minutes before 5 PM and the staff was absolutely fabulous and got him in even though normally they don’t take any walk-ins after 5 PM. Not only were they able to help him rehydrate and feel a lot better afterwards but I also came along and they offered me to receive a treatment at the same time since I also had some health challenges for different reasons. They were absolutely tremendous. Sitting in the high tech full body massage chairs, getting an eye cooling mask and oxygen offered while getting the IV treatment was spa plus plus plus . I have been to other IV clinics and I have to say they are by far the best. Both the receptionist and the nurse were super friendly and kind. Thank you for your caring service.! We will definitely be back.
