- JAJolynn ArnoldJun 9, 20262.0My daughter and I got hair cuts this morning. Her hair was at her shoulder on one side and at her chin on the other. I pointed it out, and it's simply less crooked. Pictures of her before and after... This was after it was "fixed". She has hair that doesn't meet any of the other lengths around her head. Butchered, it the first word that comes to mind. MY hair is curly and was quite frizzy today when I went in. No water was used before she cut. And half the time she wasn't even pulling my hair taut before cutting, just simply cutting a straight line across the bottom of my hair. Surprise, when I went home and showered my hair is a complete mess. What a waste. Will not be back, even for a trim. This cut left me in tears... It'll be in a ponytail all summer while I attempt to grow it back out... EDIT: Changed from one star to two. My daughter's hair was fixed the next day by a very kind man named NICK. She loves her hair now, and I'm so thankful for Nick, taking his time and being so kind to her. I was too nervous to have my hair done again, but almost changed my mind when I saw how amazing he did fixing my daughter's hair. Looking at past reviews, I can see Nick has received some individual praise before. Well deserved. Thank you Nick. 🙏
