The manager has been rude to me before, but during my most recent visit, it went too far. One restroom was out of order, and they refused to let my handicapped/autistic son use the other one. We were told to leave and go next door, even though he urgently needed to go. It was humiliating having to struggle with my son in front of a full store while he was in distress. The general manager did call me afterward and offered two free haircuts, but I don’t feel that was enough to address what happened. I was also told I could go to another location if I wasn’t comfortable returning. That does not take away from how discriminatory and upsetting this experience was.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
