We have been going through a difficult personal loss and wanted to do something small to cheer up our toddler daughter. She loves the color pink and dreamed of having pink water in her bathtub. Steph was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Even without knowing our situation, she showed so much care and compassion. She sat on her laptop the entire time we were in there. Blue haired girl, unsure of her name. This was on Monday in the early afternoon. It was such a bad experience.
