- SVSophie VossOct 5, 20265.0I love you guys so much they’re always so sweet and my mom went in for the first time today and she’s very much a nervous talker and they were very kind to her
- BMB MOct 1, 20261.0Sadly. All we got was hi. No help. They were to busy talking to each other. Maybe ask your customers if they need help instead of talking non stop to each other.
- KSKarly SchwalmSep 26, 20263.0I was in here probably 15 minutes and was asked no joke at least 8 times if I needed help. I repeatedly told them no thanks and I had shpped Lush before I had to rush out because it was so overstimulating in an already crowded store. Then you get to checkout spending 50 dollars on soap( I don't mind because I like the product) but then they ask for money for social media???? Most people today can barely keep their head above water and were asking for money from people when billionaires are running the social media companies???? And finally, "did you forget your bag?" No I live an hour away and didn't bring a bag. Yes, they are only 10 cents but if you're splurging on what many consider a luxury"give me a freaking bag dor crying out loud.
- KPKarolina PignatelliJul 16, 20265.0Had a super awesome experience with the manager at Lush today :) A small mistake was made when I placed an order the other day, so the manager reached out and asked if it was okay for her to drive it to me as I’m only 25 minutes away. She brought it to me very quickly and even gave me some goodies! I didn’t get her name but she was truly so so kind and I appreciate it more than she knows!!
- LMLinda MetcalfJun 19, 20265.0Where I go when I went to feel loved, treated with respect, helped by expert store guardians. Abby, Carly, every single person there is knowledgeable about every product and has only the customers success story in mind! Love the store, love Lush products, it’s been a real blessing in my life. Thank you to all the customer service reps at West County Lush!
