- LWLauren WratchfordJun 23, 20261.0I booked with a "master stylist" (Carrie) for what should have been a very easy split ends trim on long hair. She was late, distracted, texting the whole time, rushed. She took literal thinning shears to my already thin hair and before I knew it gave me short, choppy layers which are wildly uneven. I had to have a different stylist cut off 5 inches (years of growth) to fix this horrendous haircut. She completely ignored everything I asked for. I am devastated. I strongly discourage others from booking here.
