  I was very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the employee standing at the door. She watched me walk all the way up to the entrance, knowing the business was already closed. As a courtesy, she could have informed me before I reached the door that they were closed. A simple acknowledgment would have demonstrated professionalism and good customer service. Instead, her behavior came across as rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, even when a business is closed.

  I’ve been looking for a new concealer and had an idea of what I wanted from doing some research. I walked into the Sephora in Town and Country and Kayleigh immediately helped me find what I was looking for, figure out my shade, and took me to her station to try it out. I didn’t like it and she was so patient going to grab other suggestions and applying a bunch of different concealers until we found the right one. I could not have done this on my own. I am so genuinely grateful and excited I now have the best concealer I’ve ever found (Dior). Thank you so much, Kayleigh!

  I’ve never had a bad experience. Here’s why: 1. I always research before I go. I normally know what I want or what ingredients, product type etc. *I never expect them to be the final decision maker in what I buy. If I’m looking for a specific product and they take me to brands I’m not sure of, I just say thank you and let them know I’ll look around. 2. Melissa who I think is the store manager is seriously fantastic. If you’re not happy with a product, have questions, etc she’s very resourceful. She also suggested the overnight hair serum from Crown Affair. After one night my hair felt so much softer 👏 Hot tip - look at the people in the store. If you like something about their makeup or hair, skin, etc. ask them what they are using! 3. I prefer this store to any mall location.

  That’s totally on me for assuming a major chain store in a city metro would be open at 7:30pm. The employees at 7:01pm: “hey guys I know we’ve only been open for 8 hours but it’s time to close up shop!” Smh. Waste of my time.
