  That’s totally on me for assuming a major chain store in a city metro would be open at 7:30pm. The employees at 7:01pm: “hey guys I know we’ve only been open for 8 hours but it’s time to close up shop!” Smh. Waste of my time.

  I wish I could give this store zero stars instead of one. It seems like they hire young girls with no experience. Their only focus is to sell their products without listening to my skin issues. The young girl who was trying to sell me a product that doesn't match my skin type was very pushy, and her only concern was to make a sale without considering my skin concerns. When I asked to speak with a manager, Melissa came over. Unfortunately, my experience did not improve- she made the situation worse. Instead of taking the time to understand my concerns or recommend products suited to my skin type, she also seemed overly pushy and solely driven by the goal of making a sale.. I left feeling unheard and pressured rather than helped. I was extremely disappointed with the service at this store. I do not recommend it to anyone and definitely won’t be returning.

  Best makeup artist!!! Bitsy & Hannah was wonderful ladies super nice and talented both lovely ladies appreciate them helping me and my mom getting glam will be coming here again for my services !!!

  staff is horrible. i walk in, get help from a really nice girl and go to check out. there’s only one person in front of me getting helped so i wait. 15 minutes go by and im not even acknowledged by the lady working on register and i’ve been standing there 15 minutes. i understand needing to help another customer but even if she just said give me one second or anything like that acknowledging i’m there i wouldn’t be upset. how can you just pretend im not there and not say anything at all? so i just put my stuff on the counter and left. will not be giving this sephora any more business because this to me was extremely rude
