- SMStef MegsJun 1, 20261.0I went in with hair to my waist and asked for a butterfly cut. I left with hair thee inches long and so chopped up i cant even curl it to hide how hideous this cut is. Nowhere is my hair even. I am missing five inches of hair on the left side. I am so mad. Would not recommend this to anyone.

She has very long thick hair, the stylist was told to take off the dead end and a little face framing. This should have been around two inches. There are chunks taken out of her hair in spots she may have only 4-5 inches of hair left. The stylist was taking 7-8 inches of hair off. My daughter stated again this isn’t what she wanted only a trim. It is so short we can’t even put it into a ponytail without chucks of her hair falling out. We will NEVER return for a haircut. So disappointed
