  I visited this sephora to do a return/exchange. I lost my receipt but was told by corporate that any Kohl's Sephora can look up my purchase via my Kohl's account or Sephora credit card. The clerk was very dismissive & told me she couldn't help me without a receipt. She wouldn't even try..she called the store manager over (tall guy) who was no better. He told me they could look it up but only if it was purchased from that specific store. Again, when I called Kohl's/Sephora I was told the direct opposite & that my Kohl's account isn't limited to 1 location - it also says they're able to do returns via lookup on their website. This place is not welcoming of opposite race. They were very unfriendly & it was blatantly obvious neither of them wanted to help me. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences at Kohl's Sephora, unfortunately that was not my experience at this location in Branson. I will never come back to this store & wouldn't encourage others.. also as soon as I entered the sephora section she followed us & didn't even greet us. Very rude & bad energy. Beware!

  The lady is so rude there She will watch you like a hawk And there's not not much there than in store Bigger malls

  Its a Kohls... i dont like Kohls and to not know until you pull up is disappointing. I miss it being at JC Penny, just felt it matched better.
