  The owner was nice enough to get me in since I didn't have appointment. The owner's daughter is the one who cut my hair. She had no clue of what she was doing, I walked her through it the best I could. Make a long story short, I was charged $55 for my short hair that I walked in with i tipped $10. Payed $65 and seen how my cut that i asked for was ruined. I went home and shaved the sides and trimmed the top now starting over. UGH

  I came into the shop after an illness in which my hair had been allowed to lose any real form whatsoever. When i tried to describe how it had be cut previously and wanted it cut again, the response of the younger hairdresser was, "That's a lie!" (apparently she thought no one cut hair that way).I was in shock at being called a liar but the older lady came right over. No apologies but she did seem to try to intervene. tried to explain what i wanted and her response was that my hair was perfect for curly hair. This is true in that it does curl on its own, if allowed, esp. when cut a certain way, but i am overweight, short necked and my hair was down past my ears so curls make me look like an elderly version of Little Orphan Annie with overdone hair accentuating my weight. By this time, I needed a cut for an event and had already tried ot get into my previous stylist and thre was not an opening in time. So, I reluctantly agreed. Meanwhile, I heard the older woman whisper to the younger one that my hair had been cut in the way I'd described before being called a liar. At that point, I thought even a cut i didn't want would look better than nothing. But it soon turned into a mess as it grew and it had been cut in ways that were totally not good for the look I am still going. for again. It will take a while to grow out plaes they cut it shorter for curl. I know one could say it was my fault for not just saying, "Nevermind!" either the moment I was called a liar or the minute they wanted to make it curly and they'd be right but the thing is but I was under some pressure and not feeling really well. Anyway, I won't.be back. They may well. be very nice people normally and the younger one may be autistic or something (not saying all autistic people would be that way but I have some in my family, whom I dealy love, and they might say something rude, lol) But my experience was not good and this place is not for me

  Took my granddaughter to get her hair untangled and cut was quoted about 150-200. They didn't bother to notify us it would be 400. Luckily my daughter, had the funds but she cut most of her hair off and then we got charged 414 for a hair cut.
