- MAMona AustinMay 5, 20261.0Horrible. I hate leaving a review like this and thought I might be able to deal with result but this haircut is awful and not what I ask for. I asked for a short shag even had pictures which were not paid attention to at all. My hair is like nothing I've seen before. It is just cut crazy. I live on a fixed income and it's very hard for me to come up with money for a haircut. I have got to look at this mess and hope next month I can scrape the money together to visit someone that can fix whatever this is. Very unhappy. I tossed receipt so don't know operators name but I was in there yesterday morning. Very unhappy.

I have short hair,literally a 3 on the shears. Trimmed 1 side burn above my ear,the other was 2 inches lower. Too busy talking while cutting my hair. I would absolutely not recommend this place. My bill was $22,even gave her an $8 tip. Wish I would've paid more attention.

They never get it right, I thought it was the way I was requesting the cut. Last time the fade was good but the length was too long so I had to take him back and they did fix it. They said that they would update the notes. My husband takes him in today, the lady reads in the notes he tells her no those are wrong they should have been updated, explains to her the cut that we want. She then proceeds to cut his hair following the notes, and made the comment it's okay it grows fast. I tried to call to talk to a manager and got no response. Will not be returning.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
