  The girl who was working there this afternoon 06/26 wasn’t helpful for someone who doesn’t know a lot about makeup. She seemed like she didn’t care and i just left w/o buying anything I’ll go to another place.

  I had a great experience here today, when I came in Josselin was working with another customer and was so kind, she helped me with my gift card and I was in and out super quickly!

  *EMPLOYEE REVIEW #1: I actually have two Sephora beauty advisors that I’d like to leave reviews for here- I’ll start with Noelle, who helped me this evening (March 24). Noelle was very helpful and super knowledgeable- she was able to help me choose between a few skincare products I was looking at, and I ended up leaving with a couple of makeup products that had just been launched, which is exactly what I was wanting- something new that I didn’t already have. She was busy helping other customers at the cash register, while trying to close the store yet didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She’s an asset to your company, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. *EMPLOYEE REVIEW #2: I stopped in to Sephora approximately 2 weeks ago (March 6) for a few products, but due to my pickiness and indecisiveness I needed help choosing between a few particular items. The beauty advisor who was working (who’s name is on my receipt, which I’ll just include a picture of because I don’t want to spell it incorrectly here lol- you’ll have to click on the photo and enlarge it to see her name since it’s at the bottom of my photo) was super kind, she took the time to help me while I walked around looking for something new that I haven’t tried/seen before. She was so nice, I can’t say it enough. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is due to the overall condition of the store on my 03.06 visit- and the fact that many brands have bare shelves, even with products that are trending and/or always in high demand… there’s a few other factors as well, but they really aren’t too important to list here. It is NOT a reflection of the service I received on either visit- I’d give that 5 stars by itself if I could. *P.S. To the beauty advisor that helped me on 03.06.2025 and found me my Tower 28 cream blush that I wanted: I did complete and submit the survey on the receipt like I mentioned I was going to do, but I forgot to include your name on it:( I’m so sorry! I hope you still get recognition for it, and that you see this! Thanks again!

  Can see why this store so low rated. Customer service is horrible and the manager is super rude.
