  It's a joy to go in for my appointments with Taylor. She keeps track of what we've done in the past, so I don't have to remember! She's easy to visit with. And if I don't feel like talking, she let's me sit and relax, and we don't talk. This time she cut my hair short, after 20 + years of wearing it long and tied back. When she was done, we both asked if it looked good. We both liked it. Then I asked her if she would tell me if she didn't like it? She said she would absolutely tell me that it wasn't a good look for me, it didn't work with the shape of my face, etc. prior to doing anything drastic. I appreciate that so much. I need that feedback.

  Very nice salon and Kelly did a great job cutting my hair. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great stylist!

  Exceptional service and stylist performance--from the foils to correct my ratty grown-out dye job to the gorgeous cut/style and showing me how to maintain it--the owner has clearly cultivated a culture of excellence and Salon Ultimo deserves your business.

  Very professional. Good vibes. Delicious coffee. Kindness everywhere. Lash lift by Ebonie was exactly how I desired them to look! Highly recommend!

  Declyn is great, I recommend her to anyone. She always does a fantastic job and listens to what I want for my cut/style. The salon is very nice and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.
