- CTCasey ThieleApr 29, 20262.0All stylist at this location are awesome, friendly, quick and are good at their job, *****BUT****If you go to this great clips, whatever you do, avoid the older stylist named Kathy. She will take your instructions on how to your hair and then do whatever she wants, she took my super simple clipper cut that should take 10 mins tops, and I sat in that chair for 30 mins, for her to "style" my hair "for the ladies." I asked her to just do what I asked for, she grumbled and it took 30 sec and she got my hair to what I originally asked for. And I got far luckier then my buddy that just went, asked for a nice fade haircut, got a botched uneven "mohawk" and had to shave his head because he couldn't be seen in public. Again, every other stylist I've every had has been great, ***BUT AVOID KATHY AT ALL COST!!!***

The cowlick i warned them about somehow looks worse. My beard trim consisted of shaving my beard all the way down and leaving my mustache the original length. I dont even wanna be in public. Also dont remember asking to have nasty product rubbed in whats left of my beard and hair. I didn't truly notice how bad it was until I got in the car. Ill be calling for money back, no way im attempting to let them fix it

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
