- MHMarcus HamiltonAug 14, 20262.0I booked an appointment with Heidy and was more than disappointed. I asked specifically to retain the length I had spent all year growing out and just have it layered into a flow, even showed her photos of exactly what I wanted. She did not take her time sectioning out my hair to create the proper layers and cut my sides so short It nearly looks like a mullet. Very unhappy with the service.
