  Got my hair cut by Karly. She didn’t wash my hair before cutting my hair?? Like cut my hair dry and then wet it and cut it more. She didn’t part my hair in my usual part place she just cut it however. She put this detangling spray in my hair after she cut it and then partially blow dried it and it made my hair feel so bad a greasy. She was also hitting me with the blow dryer cord the whole time. The cut is very uneven because she cut it with a super weird part. After she finished she went to check me out at the front desk and was an inch away from the screen squinting! Could she even see my hair when she was cutting it!

  I came in yesterday for a new look my hair was very long and I wanted a short look, the hair dresser was very friendly and I asked if she could give me what I wanted simply because I have mixed hair and not everyone knows how to do that. I had a picture and showed her exactly how I wanted it .. it didnt come out anything close to that and now my hair is ruined because she didnt shave the back how it was supposed to be and once its gone it's gone it's not smooth its blotchy and honestly looks like I did it myself. Just very unsatisfied and now I have to walk around like this until my hair grows back...

  At JCP. Not in Salon.. It's a bit on the pricey side for most items .

  Never going here again, I made an appointment had me wait 25 mins after I had already waited 30mins. I went to have my nails done. They had 5 crusted up nail polishes to choose from. Then the lady that was supposed to do my nails was also attempting to dye someone’s hair at the same time. I eventually had to just walk out, my nails hadn’t even been started.
