  have been to this Sephora location so many times, but yesterday I received some of the best help I’ve ever had from Mona. She really listened to my concerns, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and made thoughtful suggestions for my new skincare routine. I truly appreciated her knowledge, kindness, and recommendations. Thank you, Mona, for making the experience feel so personalized and helpful!

  The clerk upsold me on an ugly Sephora/Rare Beauty zippered bag and a face mask using misleading language that made it sound like I was getting a discount due to qualifying for my birthday reward that visit. Instead I just paid an extra $10 for junk I didn't need. Don't say yes to anything at the counter without grilling them.

  Definitely not going back to this one, the one at Kohl's had much better staff. Not sure if it was ego or what but the staff that answered my inquiry was unhelpful and dismissive. I didn't feel very comfortable making any purchases from here, luckily Sephora in Kohl's is literally across the street.

  Stopped by Sunday afternoon and this store was beyond busy. Lawd have mercy you could barely walk around, but there was alot of staff walking around to help. We went for prom makeup essentials as my daughter ensured me 🤣. A middle aged white lady helped us who said she had 39 years experience (more than my time on this earth). The lady was so nice and friendly. She picked out my daughters shade on this concealer and something else immediately. Then when we needed her to help us pick an eyeshadow to match the prom dress she disappeared. We literally walked around for at least 10-15 minutes and she was gone, but another lady a younger black woman helped my daughter. She helped her pick a shade she was happy with and this whole time I was waiting for a lady to help me pick out some skin care items. She was busy helping another customer but after about 20-30 minutes she came over and helped answer and find product for my skin care questions. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating. I would return to this store but definitely on a different day. Waaaaaaay to busy and hard to navigate comfortably. I do feel bad for women, 3 items was $160 how do they afford this life lol
