  Not nice ladies at all very disappointed They get in the way a lot when I try to say excuse me they kind of just roll their eyes They didn’t open at 11 they sat behind the desk and watched us then opened a little later also they are out of perfume testers Do better ladies very embarrassing attitudes at your grown age

  Lack of diversity in the staff i haven't seen a Latino worker in 6 years at either store Kohls of apache mall. Other than that its a great store. Edit: the new employee doesn't know in-house brands and what they carry in their own store. I was referred to the sephora brand( i shop higher end brands only) And was also told they dont carry powder foundations in store she said all they had were store brand and the patrick ta i was looking at and didn't like) I found many othet options looking by myself. Maybe the employee didn't want to help me or she doesnt actually know both are bad for a customer service employee. Anyway its my first award experience with staff.

  Comparable to Ulta but harder to move around because the isles are to small and my they are always packed

  I was just treated super rudely by check out staff. They rang up my merchandise and I received a text from my credit card company that the charge went through, but the card reader said my card was denied. I showed the manager the text. I didn't want to re-ring the charge until I knew for sure I wasn't paying twice for already pricey merchandise. I stepped aside to call the credit card company and they confirmed that the card reader did not accept the payment even though I received a text saying it went through. When I went back to re-run the items, that went through with the same card, the check- out was SUPER rude and wouldn't even make eye contact, like I had done something wrong. I wish I'd have gotten her name. I won't go back. Amazon is the lesser of the two evils here

  My wife said, “We’re just running in real quick.” That’s how it starts. The second we crossed the threshold, I knew I had maybe ten minutes before my spirit left my body. Bright lights. Mirrors everywhere. Shelves of mysterious potions with names that sound like luxury space missions. Within 90 seconds she’s deep in conversation about face products. Words like exfoliating. Hydration barrier. Peptides. I’m standing there nodding like I understand the molecular structure of her pores. Meanwhile, internally? Absolute chaos. I made the executive decision: extract in under ten minutes, no matter the cost. Fast forward to checkout. We leave with snail ooze face serum. Snail. Ooze. I don’t know which brave snail volunteered for this operation, but apparently it’s great for your skin. She’s happy. Glowing already. Talking about texture and radiance. I survived. Sephora: where husbands go in confident and come out financially lighter and slightly more educated about mollusk-based skincare. 🐌💳
