  I had my eyebrows microbladed/shaded powder combonation done by Sophia. I booked the initial consultation the day before and felt nothing but a warm inviting vibe from her. I experienced this woman juggle about 45 tasks (Phone calls, walk ins, little ones running around) while also giving me appropriate attention. She told me it would take about three hours, and it did. I see a lot of people being very critical of the semi busy nature of the environment, but I really have nothing but good words to say, she is patient and she is kind. I don't mind her simply being smart with her time by doing other clients at the same time. I also appreciate that she quoted me 500$, and when the total came to 450$ the tip for her was already factored in. I am not even from Minnesota, but most likely will make the couple hour trip for the touch up appts. Times are really tough right now & we are all just doing our best to keep our heads above water. - I respect what she's got going on there

  Joey did an amazing job. Held a conversation the whole time too. My glow in the dark nails turned out super awesome. Thank you Joey I will be back

  For the most part people were all nice. Although it felt like the two ladies that did our pedicures were rushing with the service towards the end. Both my sister and I were kinda disappointed in how pedicures turned out. I had showed my lady a picture of what I wanted for my french toes and it just didn’t end up looking the best. The pink/nude coat she did was not dark enough so you could see still my nail under the polish and yes I do have shorter toe nails but I’ve been to other places where the work turns out better. Also now one my toes hurts so bad. I have some sort of in grown in my toe now I’ve been trying to get it out but I am going to the doctor on Monday. My sister also asked for a certain design which ended up ok but we were disappointed with how her shape came out as other places have been able to cut them down and make them look nice. And I know some people don’t want to cut to short due to ingrowns but it was like her toes were barely cut. After the appointment we both had to file and shape them at home. The place I normally go to offers beverages and also will put on your socks and shoes for you which I think is really nice, I just think it shows they really care. They also left gel polish around our toes that hurt to get off. Last photo is what I asked for. The work just felt and looked sloppy and rushed. Although everyone seemed really nice!
