  For the most part people were all nice. Although it felt like the two ladies that did our pedicures were rushing with the service towards the end. Both my sister and I were kinda disappointed in how pedicures turned out. I had showed my lady a picture of what I wanted for my french toes and it just didn’t end up looking the best. The pink/nude coat she did was not dark enough so you could see still my nail under the polish and yes I do have shorter toe nails but I’ve been to other places where the work turns out better. Also now one my toes hurts so bad. I have some sort of in grown in my toe now I’ve been trying to get it out but I am going to the doctor on Monday. My sister also asked for a certain design which ended up ok but we were disappointed with how her shape came out as other places have been able to cut them down and make them look nice. And I know some people don’t want to cut to short due to ingrowns but it was like her toes were barely cut. After the appointment we both had to file and shape them at home. The place I normally go to offers beverages and also will put on your socks and shoes for you which I think is really nice, I just think it shows they really care. They also left gel polish around our toes that hurt to get off. Last photo is what I asked for. The work just felt and looked sloppy and rushed. Although everyone seemed really nice!

  This family is so amazing!! They are so funny and easy to talk to! I loved my experience and will definitely be coming here again! I payed $65 for my nails and I love them so much. Thank you

  This family is kind, intelligent, and so much fun to talk to. My pedicure is perfect and is second only to the time I got to spend getting to talk with these lovely people. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Rochester. Thank you!

  My nails turned out ok, but unfortunately the boss decided to go into a rage with his workers as another customer and I were there. He was very upset and yelling at them, which he did this in his office but we could still here them. He came out and told me I would get a 5.00 discount toward my service for the inconvenience ( which I never got) they put it on a card for next time. The staff was very kind and polite. Guess I picked the wrong day to go there.

  If I could rate this place and my experience here 0 stars, I would. I decided to treat myself to some nails for my birthday coming up and I seen this place had a high rating so I tried it out. Awful. I got acrylics and first of all I had to switch chairs multiple times, the lady doing my nails did not talk to me she just jerked my hands around. She used what appeared to be a dirty eyebrow scissors to cut my acrylics and multiple times almost cut me with said scissors. I asked for a simple set of French tips with one fairly simple leaf design on my ring fingers. The nails came out looking awful, no consistent shape, different lengths, nothing like the reference photo I had shown her. She did the first “French tip” and it was literally just a white line across the top of my nail, no curve like French tips have or anything. I told her I didn’t like it and that French tips curve down the side of the nail as well (as shown in my reference picture) she some what fixed it and moved on to another nail which turned out decent but after that she quickly did the rest and did not ask me if I was satisfied or anything. She was almost rude about the fact that I didn’t like the “French tips” that she had done. I asked her to make the French tips thicker to maybe have them turn out a little better to which she replied “her nails are long yours are short they won’t look beautiful on you” referring to my reference picture where the girl had the same length nails that I had. Not to mention the nails were extremely thick and some of them are curved and pointing up. I was so annoyed and just over it by the time she was done that I just paid the 60$ no tip and left. I don’t understand how she was okay doing such a bad job on a set of nails and calling it a day. I went home and reshaped and repainted every single one of my nails. Needless to say I will not be back and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
