- JBJacque BSep 4, 20261.0Avoid this location. Totally unfriendly and unwelcoming. We own a barbershop. We are licensed barbers through the state of MN. I announced that when I entered and asked for what I was looking for. She brought me over to their pathetic lacking section where I couldn’t even find what I wanted. I then said I’ll just have to check elsewhere. That’s when the lady told me that it’s only licensed people who can come shop here and you have to have an account. So what part of we own a barbershop did she not understand? So rude and unwelcoming. Don’t worry salon centric we won’t be back and we won’t recommend anyone to come shop at your store. Save it for the stuck up cosmetologists. I clearly read the sign on the front door that said you need to be licensed. What was wrong with the lady asking if I wanted to open an account. That would be the professional way to go about this. So unbelievable.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
