    Kelly's customer service... Ihad an appointment that I was running late for, so I sent a text saying so and asking if it was okay and worked with Kelly's schedule. While I was waiting for my Uber, I was hoping she would answer so I would know to still show up. She left me on read for for 10 minutes until I had to cancel my Uber. I then told her "nevermind, I've canceled my ride", then she replies almost instantly "would you like me to cancel the appointment"... Wth.

    Heidi does my hair and does an amazing job! She is amazing with color and cuts and does it exactly how i want it!! Highly recommend!!
