When I refused they ended up saying they could honor the price. However, they charged a mandatory 18 percent tip which I absolutely disagree with and have never seen at any spa and I have been to many! My facial consisted of zero neck and shoulders rub (alwaus been part of facials in past) and the lady actually pulled my hair as part of the facial!!! a chemo patient….pulling their hair???! Worst money I have ever wasted …have had better facials at the omni in corous christi for $75! The therapist thought i was asleep and put away products ancd cleaned room during my time. It was a ripoff!
