All the open lounge chairs by the pool were dirty and we had to flag someone down to clean them. The sauna and steam room are inside the locker rooms—we did a spa as a couple so couldn’t use those amenities together. It was not luxurious. Plain, basic. Go to Watershed for more luxury feel.
