The staff was very friendly. The location was nice and clean. I immediately felt relaxed when i entered the space. I can't say enough about the great restorative sleep massage I received from Makayla. It was one of the best massages Ive ever had. I will be back soon.

Extremely clean, beautiful atmosphere, everyone I came into contact with was completely professional but warm and welcoming. Very relaxing, awesome hot stone massage with heated oils. You were never rushed and invited to stay as long as you wanted after your appointment. Highly recommended!

I love the treatment you get here with the robes and the waiting area with refreshments. My facial was great. I am pregnant and I’ve been having a lot of sciatica. I told my massage therapist this before the treatment and my only complaint is the massage was a light massage and I really needed more pressure to help with my discomforts of pregnancy. I was told the massage could only be light to medium.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, I used to love Woodhouse Spa and had massage there many times in over the last 10 years I had 50 minutes massage for me and my husband for his Birthday present He was ok with his massage, but the relaxing quiet room was so crowded, they have added more chairs in order to fit more people, the locker room was so packed, I was constantly on someone way and was waiting to get to locker for a bit! I think 2 restrooms stalls for that amount of people that they had on Friday 10 am ( was super busy) time was definitely not enough, the door to the locker room was constantly getting open from the people entering and exiting the locker room, so it was impossible to get changed , I had to wait to got the the restroom in order to get changed My massage, to my disappointment, I was brought to the big room for couples massage, so my question to the manager, why I wasn’t offered to have a couples massage together with my husband??? The room was not quiet, it was super loud noise from vent and even relaxing music wasn’t able to cover it. I didn’t feel relaxed in that big uncomfortable room In order to not to waiste time to figure out and to ask to get massage in the same room with my husband, I just agreed that to be in that room The therapist Dany was great but it was some miscommunication, seems like she has tried, but I don’t understand why I only had upper body( shoulders and neck massage instead of full body, that was disappointing She offered at the end quick feet message , that was good Timing: we entered room at 10 :03 am , then she went to talk to my husband therapist and it took another 4-5 minutes, the end of massage was 10:47 am. So in real it was only 40 min not the 50 minutes I still left tips, the therapists did their job, but this place is no longer relaxing luxury place, it has changed I didn’t left the place relaxed and I am not sure if I would ever be back

Updating my review to 5 stars: Cami was wonderful! I was promptly contacted by management to rectify my original experience and be invited back, which was no necessary but greatly appreciated. This experience aligned with the many wonderful things I have heard about Woodhouse. Cami is clearly experienced and found many of my tension areas without having to point them out. The pressure was perfect and the added touches - hot towels, essential oils, etc. really helped to compliment the service. I will certainly be back and book with Cami again. I hate to leave a negative review, but I had the most disappointing massage experience I’ve ever had tonight. With a 2-month old baby at home, my body was in desperate need of some TLC. I decided to treat myself to an 80-minute deep tissue massage; however, I spent the majority of my service wishing for it just tobe over instead of relaxing. Having friends/family rave about The Woodhouse, I was a bit surprised from the start when the locker room was such a mess - trash overflowing, no toilet paper or paper towels, etc., but chalked it up to a very busy Saturday afternoon when a staff member apologized for my locker missing my robe/slippers and said that they had gotten behind. Once with my therapist, i expressed a desire to focus on my back/neck and jaw, if that was something she was able to do, which she confirmed. Unfortunately, neither my neck or jaw was ever touched. I started face up, and after about 10-15 minutes spent on my shoulders and arms, my therapist promptly transitioned to my feet (?). I spent this portion of the massage with the blankets pulled up and my lower body exposed up to my thighs in both sides simultaneously, which was quite cold. The massage itself was quite confusing; choppy, disorganized, and I am still trying to determine if she was incredibly inexperienced or completely disinterested in the service. She seemed unsure where to go, not really following muscle groups or applying pressure - simply rubbing on lotion (certainly not deep tissue). I contemplated even saying something, but discreetly mentioned while checking out that my massage was fine; however, I think that there may be more training needed for my therapist. They were kind enough to change my deep tissue massage to a Swedish massage; however, I won’t be back. Having had many massages in various settings, this was honestly the most underwhelming massage I’ve ever received, which is disappointing, especially being so freshly postpartum and taking the time to step away to treat myself.
