I have been a few times and while the people are sweet the service is very inconsistent. I see a different person every 2 weeks as i was looking for someone I would like but over time I have noticed increased damage to my nails. For the service I always get just a standard manicure and regular polish. Each visit I have received different levels of service. Sometimes they clean up my cuticles, sometimes they clean under the nails, sometimes ask what shape I want, etc. They use a nail drill on my bare nails causing them to become thin and brittle and recently my healthy nails now break and split easy. After some research about nail drills I found out they are not good when used directly on the nail bed like this. Im sad i had to find out on my own and not from the professionals I was paying to care for my nails. I have also on 2 occasions had to clean up my nails when I got home because there was polish left on my skin. I included a picture of what my nail beds look like now with the damage and will probably not be returning

Such a well managed establishment! They are almost always very busy but you make appointments and get in on time and they can still work in walk-ins very well. Excellent service, incredibly kind people! They are incredibly talented and detailed in their work! My particular favorites are Kelly and Nora!! Top notch!!

Van's does a great job at a reasonable price. I primarily get pedicures and their chairs are always in service (this doesn't happen everywhere), their equipment is very clean, and they line the pedi tubs for each patron. Bravo, and see you next time!
