  I tried calling Sephora a few days ago at least 3 times, but the phone wouldn’t connect. I was hesitant to go there and waste my time, but eventually made the stop there. When I got there, I was roaming around to find the Charlotte Tilbury foundation because I’ve heard really good things about it. The store was quite busy, so I didn’t bother to go find a staff member. However, to my surprise, I heard a voice from behind me asking if I was just looking around or needed help. I felt so relieved because I knew it was going to take me a while to find what I needed. I told Abrina (not sure spelling) about what I was looking for, and she took me there right away. She was super sweet, attentive, and knew exactly what I was looking for. We tried some shades on. She was super patient and gave me recommendations on what looked better. I’m so thankful for her genuine help. She looks young, but her customer service is top-notch! You guys are so lucky to have her! She made my night by being super helpful and nonjudgmental. Thank you, Abrina. I hope you know you made my evening!

  I got SUCH great help by one of the employees here! Sooo wish I had gotten her name to shout her out, but the dark skinned gal gave me so much good, knowledgeable assistance. I don't wear makeup, and am getting married so I am starting to learn and find products to use. But she helped me find exactly what I was looking for, thoroughly explained everything to me in a way easy to understand, and gave a full, simple tutorial on how to use my new lip stain. Such a great gal who deserves recognition!

  This Sephora at Kohl’s has the worst customer service. The ladies working here have no respect to their customers and they are not friendly at all. Their service is very uninviting and not helpful one bit. They just want to make a sale in regardless of what the customer’s needs are. The manager at this Kohl’s is not helpful either. I will not be shopping at this Sephora and this Kohl’s anymore.

  I see I lot of customer service complains! Yes they need to train their staff. I walk in ask the worker what was best and while I was waiting for the product, she told me to put back the other product! Like I’m not your employe! That’s her job! And even left and have to wait for the other worker to help me. What an expensive place to have employees with no profecionalism and customer service. Also, this other worker was nice, took the time and seems to care.

  The employees are kind and friendly and try to help helpful, but the store itself is disgusting. Truthfully, unsanitary to test any of their products. Exposed testers covered in a good layer of dust dirt and hair. Broken samples and sparse, messy shelves. Maybe they’re renovating soon? Idk but Sephora was having a huge sale on the Sephora brand products - at least tidy those aisles??? Grossed me out.
