Sooo wish I had gotten her name to shout her out, but the dark skinned gal gave me so much good, knowledgeable assistance. I don't wear makeup, and am getting married so I am starting to learn and find products to use. But she helped me find exactly what I was looking for, thoroughly explained everything to me in a way easy to understand, and gave a full, simple tutorial on how to use my new lip stain. Such a great gal who deserves recognition!

Their service is very uninviting and not helpful one bit. They just want to make a sale in regardless of what the customer’s needs are. The manager at this Kohl’s is not helpful either. I will not be shopping at this Sephora and this Kohl’s anymore.

I walk in ask the worker what was best and while I was waiting for the product, she told me to put back the other product! Like I’m not your employe! That’s her job! And even left and have to wait for the other worker to help me. What an expensive place to have employees with no profecionalism and customer service. Also, this other worker was nice, took the time and seems to care.
