- AFAshley FDec 15, 20251.0I don’t like this Sephora. The employees are super pushy about getting your information. They then signed me up for Kohl’s rewards without my permission. If you are signing someone up for a rewards program you need to be transparent about what you are doing. The employees also don’t pay any attention to the customers in the store and you have to walk around and find them to be able to check out.

- LHLeslie HagnerMar 18, 20242.0I went in today to purchase the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA exfoliant and saw there was a label maker price change on it saying $56. I lifted the sticker and the original price was $26. A $30 mark up is absolutely insane, so I went to the Paula’s Choice website to make sure it wasn’t the actual price, and the same product was only $28. I walked straight out. I’m not sure if it’s Sephoras doing or Kohls, but either way, over a 100% mark up on a product is ridiculous.
