She is a perfectly balanced poised professional with such a warm and practical manner, which I so appreciated. Sara made the visit educational, fun and easy. I made a return visit to pick up my wig and was helped by both Joyce and Lucky. Both women took extra time to ensure I felt comfortable with my new purchase, providing details on maintenance, including a nicely laminated card with all the pertinent care instructions. If you are reading this review, let this convince you to set up an appointment or stop in the Hastings location, no pressure sales and a well thought out and executed business model from years of success.
