  I had booked a foil online with a master stylist who specializes in blondes (Jeanie) and when I arrived I thought something was off because she didn’t look like her picture online but I didn’t think much about it. The service didn’t take very long, and it wasn’t quite what I wanted but it was cheaper than expected so it was whatever. A couple of days later I realized that the salon had SWITCHED stylists on me without telling me, and had put me with just a regular stylist. I double checked my booking and the names and they had switched me from Jeanie to Jessica. Will not be back.

  Today I went into your store and for the first time I had a pedicure done. I gotta tell you feet are not the prettiest and so when I went in there, I was quite embarrassed at what my feet and toes look like. My specialist Michelle was awesome. She loves her job so much and she has been there 28+ years. I’m sure she’s been there longer. I can’t remember but my gosh, very friendly courtesy knowledgeable, and I’m gonna be going back to see her again for a man getting a pedicure, she made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much

  Booked Mother’s Day Massage and Facials. They just called today, 2 weeks out, saying their massage therapist is going to be on vacation.. It has been booked over a month keep in mind. Unacceptable.

  Stephanie is AMAZING! I literally will not let anybody else touch my hair - she is that good at what she does. She is extremely patient, attentive, and thorough with figuring out what you’d like your hair to look like, and then makes it look even better than you thought possible. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is so fun to talk to while she works! I actually cried happy tears at the end of my last appointment because I felt so pretty thanks to the color (bayalage), cut, and curl. Can’t recommend her enough!!
