  I got hair extensions done by Marina Memetova (Tovstik) at the Eden Prairie Lofts salon. During the consultation, we agreed on a completely different color than what I actually received. She asked me for the name of the hair dye I normally use, and apparently used that same color to dye the donor hair extensions herself. Because the extensions were much lighter to begin with, the color turned out with a greenish tint. The extensions also came out thick, dry, and dull — nothing like what was shown during the consultation. After the first wash, the difference became even more obvious. When I requested a refund, I was told that she is “not the manufacturer” and she refused to take any responsibility for the result. I would not recommend this service.

  I’ve been going to Alexis in loft 24 since before she moved to have her own place recently. She does an outstanding job with my hair. She is consistent and very detail oriented. She does an awesome job, and is super friendly and easy to chat with. I highly recommend her!

  Jessie does an amazing job with hair coloring. Love the cute, intimate suites at the Eden Prairie location.

  I visited Teresa at S&S Designs for a Ouidad cut.... Could not be more pleased!!! I've never seen my curls look like this, and the styling is actually EASIER than what I have done my whole life. 100% worth every penny!
