- JHJuliet HOct 8, 20262.0Every time I go to this particular, Sephora, I am never happy. For starters, they never have anything in stock. It doesn’t matter what I go to get they never have anything they always just make up the excuse that they are a smaller location, but they have the tester there so I have no idea why they wouldn’t keep their products stocked up. Secondly, whoever works behind that counter. They have absolutely zero training to give out any sort of advice. Anything that they have ever advised me to buy in conjunction with each other has always been one of the worst things that I could have combined together. I’m disappointed because then you’re stuck with a product that is no good for your skin all because you have somebody working there that has no education in the products that they push to sell. Also, they don’t even let me use my Sephora card for points at this location. They said that I would have to go to a freestanding Sephora to use my Sephora card. How can that be the truth if it is that’s a dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. I don’t believe I’ll ever go back.

- CDChristine DolsApr 1, 20241.0This Sephora NEVER has anything. They are always out of everything. If you ask a worker to check their stock, they continuously tell you they have been out since they received the product. If Sephora is going to be located inside a Kohls they should be able to keep up with stock or close this location.
- AAAlexia AraizaOct 8, 20215.0I am so happy that this location opened it looks amazing and is stocked with all the popular make up and beauty products. I found everything I was looking for with the assistance of the workers, they are super attentive and helpful. They made my shopping experience a swift and pleasant one. Definitely making this my main Sephora store. 😊
