- SSSophMay 2, 20261.0I like Sephora- not this one. This is the closest Sephora to me, but every-time I go to this particular location, i’m stressing. Many times I have purchased from here, my points never showed up. I asked the workers every-time and they were confused, finally the ONE, ONE sweet worker explained to me that i needed to join my kohls+sephora account. Very helpful and absolutely loved her. That worker helped me find what I needed and made me feel comfortable and happy about my appearance. A month ago, came here to get my b-day present. This worker was stocking the perfumes and she glared at me after I asked if I could get my gift when she is available. She comes over to the register and throws the gifts out and puts her hands on her hips and looks around like i’m a burden. She then tells me to show her my sephora barcode and I was confused so I asked where I find that- She sternly said “ Not a barcode, your phone #” Then I put it in and she said “ No I meant email”. I was like okay? Cus there were dashes for numbers NOT letters. Almost every time I come here, there are ZERO sephora workers. I always have to go to the main checkout for Kohl’s. So moving along to me experience two weeks ago. I come in, again no workers- not shocking at all. I brought my little cousin in to get a blush and we waited at the sephora counter because I wanted to redeem points I had. A regular Kohls employee came and said they can ring me up at the main register. I replied that I wanted to redeem my points and I would be happy to wait for assistance. She looked at me and said “ well sorry you have to come up here and we can get you your rewards”. Now that’s not a big deal, but the thing is, they DONT have the rewards at the main register. So once I got to checkout,the worker was very very friendly and understanding when I told them that I would like to redeem my sephora points but I didn’t think I could at the main registers. They told me that they’d have to call a sephora member to assist. So the sephora worker comes and brings a box of stuff I could redeem points with. SO WHAT IM SAYING IS THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED BUT WONT HIRE PEOPLE!
