The receptionist scheduled me a cut with a different stylist for the next morning at 9am. Two hours later, I received a message of a cancelation. Two canceled appointments in one day. Bad first impression.

I get my hair done here (cut, color, facial waxing) & I also get my nails done here (gel manicure). The manicures r the same price as the Asian places & at JCP you can understand what they r saying...

Drove 30 mins from Northfield again, and this time I think they put me with someone who's never even cut men's hair before. Nice person, but I can't believe I drove 30 mins to get something worse than what my college roommate could have given me. She tried to send me without a hair-wash and handed me a pomade and a hair dryer so I could fix it myself. That's worse than $12 sports clips experience. Driving to another barbershop to get it fixed.
