- RHRaina HorningAug 29, 20241.0This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with getting a haircut. We came for the kids haircut promotion but clearly these stylists are not trained on how to work with kids or be gentle at all because our stylist Mary was using the buzzer on my sons head in a way that he said felt like she was punching him in the head. I also noticed when she was done that a mole on his head was bleeding and I pointed it out to her and she said she didn’t even use a clipper on the top of his head. I’m not sure why that matters when he was still bleeding. She never apologized for it or anything. She was very rough the entire haircut and by the time she was done it didn’t even look like the haircut was complete. There was a distinct line that wasn’t faded at all. I feel so bad that I brought my son here and wanted to warn other parents.

I get my hair done here (cut, color, facial waxing) & I also get my nails done here (gel manicure). The manicures r the same price as the Asian places & at JCP you can understand what they r saying...
