  Don’t waste your time coming here until they implement routine inventory checks. Dior Addict Lip Glow showed four in stock on the employee device but zero were on the floor or in the back. Two employees checked. I told them to update their inventory. Until the owner responds, consider they haven’t..

  I haven't been to Sephora in years. I had a particular product that only Sephora offers. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. 15 women walking around a messy, unkempt, filthy store. There were 3-4 walking in the section we were shopping, me and my son. All they did was pretend to be busy or gossip nearby clearly watching us but offering no help finding anything. It took me making eye contact with an employee across the store to get help. It was really tacky in there. We are not their target demographic so that's how you get treated. I'll continue going elsewhere for my beauty and self care needs.

  Hanna at the Mall of America was fantastic! She colored matched me and help me to determine what concealer from Natasha Deona was good for my skin. We also talked about what foundations I can consider for fall/winter. Also, she helped me define the colors for future purchase! Thank you Hanna for your help!

  Came in looking for a new concealer. A gentleman reached out right away and found Jocelyn to help me shade match. She was so sweet, Kind and not pushy in sales at all! Really great experience! Shout out to Jocelyn for making the experience so great.

  I used to shop at ulta because I thought it was cheaper, but I am definitely switching back to sephora because Lily's expertise and advice helped me out so much. And to my surprise, the prices are relatively the same anyways!! I am always so overwhelmed when it comes to products, so I will come back literally just for more insight from Lily!!
