  Got a tragus piercing with Ingrid and she was extremely knowledgeable! She was honest on what would work and not work. Highly recommend going here!

  Hello! The store has many options for earrings to buy. I went because I needed some simple earrings that it won’t turn green on me because my ears are sensitive. But the earrings turn green. For a pair and the price I hope that it was a good quality. But nop. As far as the earrings I wouldn’t buy any. But the store and the girls working I had a good experience. The two stars is because of the quality of the earrings.

  I have been to the MOA Rowan several times not only for cartilage piercings for myself, but for my children's lobes too. Each time whether it be for a piercing or downsizing, everyone working that day has been unbelievably helpful and warm. Sammi has helped me a couple of times. Sammi's guidance, focused work and honesty alone will keep me coming back. I wish Rowan would have been around instead of Claire's when I was a kid! I know my daughters have had a far superior first piercing experience than I did. I am so grateful for this. Thank you, Rowan.

  My experience was a positive one. Jenna and Ingrid were very personable and knew how to talk to my girls. I am very pleased with how they talked to my girls because especially since one was autistic…. I am very happy

  I brought my 5-month-old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and I could not be happier with how everything went! The staff was incredibly gentle, patient, and professional from start to finish. They walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure my daughter was as comfortable as possible. The whole thing was over in seconds, and the aftercare instructions they provided were clear and easy to follow. The studio was spotless and clearly very hygienic. My little one is already rocking her tiny studs and looking absolutely adorable. Highly recommend to any parent considering this for their little one!
