- IGirie garrickAug 3, 20261.0Giving this lush location 1/5 stars because I unfortunately had the awful experience of being hounded by an employee who seemed to assume I was attempting a heist. Mind you I was with a group of three other lighter individuals who were not treated the same. Also the cashier wasn’t any friendlier and frankly this is the exact treatment I would expect from lush’s mall of america employees.

- LRlexi rimmerAug 2, 20261.0One of the workers chased my boyfriend and my friends boyfriend at the entrance of the store with soap so we couldn’t even enter without being uncomfortable. She started blowing bubbles and soap on to my boyfriend and he has extremely sensitive skin and had an allergic reaction on his face. I will never be returning and I am extremely disgusted with this behavior.

We travel 175 miles round trip every 3 months to stock up her cupboard! The only negative to the Store in the Mall Of America is the fact that they promote the whole "Pride" initiative yet won't accept our stance of being Proud to be straight. We DO Love that Lush DOES NOT test products they make on animals when there is more than enough humans like myself that feel that its truly not needed.
