  The first time I came in, Sherese approached me and helped me pick out a pair of reading glasses. I had been saving up for them for a long time, but I never had the chance to visit a real Chanel store, so I just kept the money in my bank account until I finally could. Sherese was so helpful, and I walked away with a beautiful new pair of reading glasses for my birthday. On my second visit, I was ready to purchase the Gardenia perfume, and Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly and made the experience even more special. This is the best store ever. The customer service is truly top notch. Keep it up, and great job, Chanel!

  I decided to stop by this store to look for an eye cream after browsing their website beforehand and thinking I already knew what I wanted. Sherese was incredibly friendly when we walked in and took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my skincare routine. Based on my needs, she recommended several different products, which I really appreciated. I ended up leaving with more items than I planned, and definitely spent more than expected lol, but I’m hopeful these products will work well for me. I’m just so glad we have this store here in Minnesota!

  Awful experience. I went in ready to purchase several new makeup products and asked about having my makeup done. I was told they “don’t do makeup there” and was directed across the hall to Nordstrom—despite there being three employees in the store standing idle in the middle of the day, all wearing makeup brushes on their belts. Extremely strange and disappointing. I was fully prepared and happy to spend around $2,000 on makeup for my birthday, but instead was turned away. I truly wonder if management is aware that customers are being dismissed like this. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
