  I came in today (P.M) and had a really disappointing experience with customer service. The employees seemed more focused on talking to each other than helping customers, even when people were clearly right in front of them needing assistance. When I asked about a product, the response felt minimal and dismissive, both in tone and effort, which ultimately made me decide to put my items back and leave. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. A more helpful approach like offering to check other locations or place an order would have made a big difference. This came across as either a training issue or something that needs to be reinforced, because that level of disengagement is likely to cost sales and leave a negative impression.

  I stopped by to get some cologne, and a worker named Brooke was super helpful, she took the time to help me search and ended up finding me 2 good options, so I bought both! Great service! And the store was very clean and organized! I will be back

  Not a good experience. Customer service was not good. We ended up just driving further south to the mall after.
