    I wasn’t able to get into my normal hair lady and decided to try JCPenny and was so happy with it! I had Becky and she was very sweet and lovely to talk to and did a great job on my hair. I did full highlights and a trim and it came out amazing. Will definitely be back to see her again!

    I got a partial foil highlite after many years of not going, Avery did a fantastic job!!! Very happy, she took her time and was very pleasant!!! I will recommend!! :)
