- CYCynthia YoungMay 9, 20261.0Do not schedule Rita if you are African American. I’ve been here three different times. I scheduled through the app. It chose Rita and every time she canceled as soon as I walk into salon. the other stylist even asked her to just wash my hair she would do the he rest and Rita refused. The other stylists are so nice to work me into their schedule even if it means they overbook themselves to accommodate me. So for them I give 5 stars but Rita ONLY ONE STAR!!!
- CMchristine MayaApr 21, 20245.0Sarah normally cuts my hair and I have heard so many wonderful things about Rita and today I really needed a cut so I called and Rita was able to get me in. Not only was she phenomenal and did a tremendous job. She did exactly what I needed her to do. I am always so hesitant about my hair being a certain length and how some people always get so scissor happy I am so glad I started coming here three years ago please look no further. Everyone here is so great thank you, Rita, not only are you a great woman but I really appreciate the cut. I love Jc Penny Salon Everyone here is was more experienced than other places.

They are willing to try all the crazy colors my daughter can come up with and it always turns out fabulous. They take their time and make me and my daughter feel comfortable, which is great as my daughter suffers from severe anxiety. Would highly recommend!
