  Absolute worst customer service. I have been to this location twice and each time I have gotten this older woman who works the register. The first encounter I had with her I was getting items and I was explaining I wanted to see if they had a specific item in stock and she gave me the most condescending look like she had no clue what I was asking so I swear to you I had to look back at her to see if she was registering what I was saying. She did this multiple times throughout the interaction. She made me feel that I was asking her to solve world hunger. Fine. The next encountering I get a couple things and she rings me up. She asks me if I had a phone number which I do not and she proceeds to HOUND me into getting one by telling me things I already know. I understood how that works. I did not want to sign up, period. She went on this for a while when I was just trying to get my items and leave. She then proceeds to say ''so you are just being stubborn''. That really set me off. Beware of this woman if you do not have a phone number, she does NOT know how to take no thank you for an answer.

  More than just makeup!💄Super helpful associates working this afternoon at this location within Kohl’s. Very nice. Stark difference from Somerset location. Answered questions. Really caring individuals. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's a twofer because this is my favourite Kohl’s too. Keep it up! ❤🥇🥇❤
