  Had an issue with being charged for a $15 item which wasn''t put in my bag. I returned to the store to request a refund for that item (which I have purchased many times before) and was told the manager would reach out to me, but it may take up to a month. A couple of months later, I asked in store again since nobody reached out to me. Manager proceeded to blame me since I didn't follow up quickly enough (even though he never reached out to me...). If it's your fault, take the blame instead of being rude to the (loyal) customer. He did provide me with that item, which I appreciate, but I felt like he was extremely unprofessional overall.

  The manager, sweetheart, but for the worker that passes out the orders does too much talkative towards male customers specially if they’re woman is picking up the order because the mail doesn’t feel comfortable picking up the woman’s order. A woman should not talk about another man to another woman customer, especially a male customer. I think that’s very unprofessional. And should not do that at a workplace Specially, to customers Cause they’ll be making people feel uncomfortable and not wanting to come to this establishment but once again the manager was a sweetheart, and I appreciate her helping me and I love the other staff. They were amazing but for the one that’s passing out the orders I think she could do better and she needs proper training.

  If I could give 0/5 I would extremely rude. I placed an online order and received the wrong items. The lady said it was nothing the can do because I ordered it online. Then I’m assuming she asked her manager and had me waiting with the call on being rude!!! Then hung up on me with saying anything

  Tammy helped my daughter so much with figuring out perfumes, she even took a look at her list to direct her further. She was super nice and patient with us!!! Highly recommend!!!

  This is the best Sephora in metro-detroit, although busy the staff is attentive and the samples are always cleaned up because sometimes at other locations there is stuff everywhere
