  I decided to purchase here when normally I go to Macy's or Nordstrom, I placed a order online to pickup . The ladies appeared blah, not real friendly.

  Came in to buy a foundation. I was greeted by 2 employees hanging out at the register one was sitting. They just said hi and thats all. I matched myself to a foundation none of them asked what i was looking for or if i need help. The entire time i was in the store they talked to each other about ulta and stranger things completely ignoring my presence. I ended up finding a match but i will order it online. I guess they must be rich and dont need commission. When i walked out the store they didnt even say bye or anything its like i wasnt in the store. Maybe i dont look like i spend money and wasnt worth their effort.

  Glad I could return lipstick purchased online without a receipt. Just had to pull up the order number on my phone. Disappointed that they would not do an even exchange for a different color. Only return and repurchase. Since I got the lipstick on sale online I would've had to return at the sale price then purchase at full price. I just took the refund. I'll have to wait for the next online sale.

  This Somerset locale is well-stocked and its make-up artists friendly and most knowledgeable. They recognized the shade of lipstick and gloss I was wearing upon entry to the store. How's that for product awareness. Also, if u join the MAC Club, u save 20% on products...Well, needless to say, I was elated. All consumers these days could use a discount. On line specials r CV great, as well.
