- LCL. Chill C.May 8, 20263.0I decided to purchase here when normally I go to Macy's or Nordstrom, I placed a order online to pickup . The ladies appeared blah, not real friendly.
- CTCrys TJan 13, 20261.0Came in to buy a foundation. I was greeted by 2 employees hanging out at the register one was sitting. They just said hi and thats all. I matched myself to a foundation none of them asked what i was looking for or if i need help. The entire time i was in the store they talked to each other about ulta and stranger things completely ignoring my presence. I ended up finding a match but i will order it online. I guess they must be rich and dont need commission. When i walked out the store they didnt even say bye or anything its like i wasnt in the store. Maybe i dont look like i spend money and wasnt worth their effort.
- CKChristy KAug 2, 20175.0True, the store is busy and noisy and hectic. But the guy with the beard and the tree tattoo (I'm ashamed I don't know his name) is awesome. In the past, EVERY experience getting the right color makeup has been an ordeal. Lots of trial and error. I walk into Mac and with a glance he says, you're N4. I thought no way, but sure enough it's perfect. He did the same thing with concealer. Very happy with my experience.☺️
