I was greeted by a woman who made me feel so comfortable and I told her what my routine was and she recommended the grease lighting serum to me. She gave me sample and I’ve only been using it for two days and I see a great difference! I really appreciate her kindness and I will definitely be going back to buy a full bottle.

She was rude, condescending, and her behavior came across as prejudiced. It was especially surprising and disappointing coming from a company like Lush, which presents itself as inclusive and welcoming. I hope management takes experiences like this seriously and is more mindful of who they have representing the brand.
